Welcome to Bonefish Middle Caicos
We are a bonefish guiding business operating out of Middle Caicos, offering exclusive access via Chiquita flats boats to the flats between Middle Caicos and uninhabited East Caicos.
We also offer guided bonefishing trips on the southern shore of North Caicos, leaving from Bellefield Landing, adjacent to the Caribbean Cruising ferries service from Providenciales.
We can meet you as you step off the ferry from Carribean Cruising ferries at Bellefield Landing on North Caicos, with our Chiquita flats boat moored alongside waiting for you.
Chiquita Flats Boats
We run two Chiquita flats boats, manufactured in Texas, which have superb shallow water capability, to allow us to access areas bonefishing flats that other skiffs and boats either can't get to or can't operate in.
The Chiquita will run at 30mph+ in just 4 inches of water, a massive plus factor for accessing areas such as East Caicos which until this time could only be accessed via airboat.
Our team
We have a great team available for your bonefishing trips to East Caicos or to the south shore of North Caicos.
Our number one guide is Captain Emmanual "Manny" Williams, a former gill netter who is now doing guided bonefishing trips for a living. Manny works alongside his son, "Moose" Williams, who has been a professional bonefishing guide for over fifteen years.

Our headline picture, at the top of this page with angler John Gill, was taken on July 14th 2023 by fellow fisherman Alan Torrance.
In a fantastic day of bonefishing, John caught 20 fish including three of around the 9lbs mark. One fish was measured, which was 9lbs.
A stunning day's fishing in an unbelievable location. Alan Torrance contributed to a great day's fishing with 12 bonefish to his own rod.

Barracudas are an option, either on the fly or top water plugs. They give a great account of themselves, especially the bigger ones!!
